The staff were SO helpful and available whenever I had any doubts or questions. They educated me on what to expect before the surgery so that I felt confident and calm going into it (this is the only surgery I’ve ever had, so naturally I was nervous). They always reassured me and were so kind throughout the process! Dr Hecht is an artist. He gave me my dream nose and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering a rhinoplasty.
